Guernsey Eisteddfod Exhibition

 

Exhibition Dates - Sunday 22nd March - Saturday 28th March 2009

Staged in the David Ferguson Hall and The Concourse at Beau Sejour, the Exhibition is a great display of young peoples work with decorated wall coverings from Pre-School groups, Infants, Junior and Primary Schools showing off their artwork as well as a whole host of other objects made by the children. Secondary Schools contribute as well with drawings, paintings and items of arts & crafts. Many creative ideas from the younger generation come to the fore in the schools displays.

If that wasn't enough, there are many other sections whose exhibits are produced by a very wide range of age groups from pre school to people in their nineties!

Sections found at the exhibition include Literary, Shorthand, Arts & Crafts, Photography, Needlecraft, Silk Painting, Video, Cookery, Wine Making and Flowers.

An opportunity to take a look at the fantastic work of so many talented people in this Island.
